Makki Ki Rotti Recipe

Makki Ki Rotti is a very common recipe in urban and rural areas in Asia which is usually used in winter season also it is popular flat bread of Pakistan and India, especially in Punjab. Makki Ki Rotti is yellow in color when ready, and has much less adhesive strength which makes it difficult to handle. The rolling out bread into perfect circular shape will be challenge at first time. However, this skill can not be taught and only become better with practice. Before serving Makki Ki Rotti topped with butter and goes excellent with a warm bowl of sarson ka saag,Makhan and a glass of lassi.
